140-Character Review: Took 100 pages to get interesting and 193 to get REALLY interesting. The "confused" rising action was frustrating. I'll read book 2 (and 3).

I read this book aloud to my kids. Drove me absolutely crazy. I couldn't wait for it to be finished. They, however, loved it!
My favorite of hers is The Thief Lord. I liked this series, but it is not very dynamic.
