What the heck, right? I know, you're used to like seven or eight new books that have crept onto my TBR, but this week it's just one.
Learn Me Good by John Pearson – Five Minutes for Books reviewed Learn Me Good which is the story of Jack Woodson, an engineer who switches careers and becomes a 3rd grade math teacher after being laid off, told as a series of email correspondences between Woodson and a former colleague. This sounds funny. Being a former teacher, I probably could empathize a lot with the main character.
Sounds intriguing. Having done a bit of teaching in the past, I can definitely identify with that line about screaming! Nice find.
I had so many finds this week that I had to save a few for next week! This one sounds like it might be hilarious!
